Greg Noll "DUKE"Hawaiian inspiredREDWOODplank Surfboard chunkinhawaii Store This curly-burl REDWOOD "DUKE" re-creation surfboard is a tribute to the Great Duke Kahanamoku from legendary big wave rider and shaper Greg Noll aka "Da Bull". This board is crafted using the exact dimensions from Duke's original board that he would ride at Waikiki Beach in the early 1900's. The "DUKE" board stands 10 Feet high and weighs between 175-200lbs. Aside from the standard "DUKE" insignia, there are 3 signatures on the front of the board. Just below the "DUKE" insignia is a replica signature signed "Duke P. Kahanamoku". The center of the board is signed "Shaped by Greg Noll". The third signature is found at the tale of the board and is signed "Hand Shaped by Greg Noll". This board was purchased from Greg Noll. It is uncertain the creation date of this board, but it has been a store fixture for 10+ years.
